The Demonic Roots of Freemasonry

According to accredited Masonic historians, the lodge claims to be a revival of the ancient philosophy of Egypt, Phoenicia and other pagan nations. These all practiced a secret worship in honor of a sun god (Lucifer). While pagan societies sponsored public worship directed toward idols, the priests, rulers and philosophers always maintained a different, secret worship centered around a sun god. This latter was designated as the "Mysteries." These "Mysteries" were revived by the "Masonic fathers" at the beginning of the eighteenth century.

In other words what formerly constituted the mysteries of freemasonry. In every feature they are identical. Dr. Mackey, Masonic authority, states they are the "same in substance, being derived from one source and celebrated in honor of the same dieites." Pierson says plainly "...we readily recognize in Hiram Abiff the Osiris of the Egyptians, the Mithras of the Persians, the Bacchus of the Greeks, the Dionysiius of the Fraternity of the Artificers, the Atys of the Phrygians, whose passion, death and resurrection were celebrated by these people."

A converted witch relates that the initiation into Masonry (with two minor changes at the end) is identical to that of witchcraft! By embracing such rituals and vows, rooted in ancient witchcraft and demonic worship, men and women are placing themselves under occult power. The secret signs, passwords, hand grips, etc. which are so highly prized, in reality brings lives under secret bonds and churches are paralyzed where these secret loyalties exist and the Holy Spirit cannot flow freely. Jesus said He had done all things openly and had done nothing in secret, a startling contrast to secret orders which enforce secrecy on their members. We are commanded to renounce the hidden things of darkness. (Romans 13:12).

Baal was the same as Phoenician Moloch, the Greek Tyrian Hercules (Freemasonry calls him the Tyrian Architect). He was worshipped on the high places and tis is the reason for the "upper chamber" lodge meetings to "worship celestial bodies." Freemasonry is a wicked system of sworn deception, fraud and cunning craftiness from beginning to end. Promoters are always careful, at first, to keep the real meaning of the pretended mysteries in the background, at least until the initiate has taken the Master Mason's obligation. By that time he should be so bound that he will not revolt against the bondage he has unsuspectingly moved into. The Lodge teaches that its three support pillars are Wisdom, Strength and Beauty, and these are borrowed directly from the Hindu Mysteries in the initiation of Brahma. The Worshipful Master represents rising sun (east); Senior Warden, setting sun (west); Junior Warden, the sun at Meredian (south)

In every symbol, ceremony and emblem of Freemasonry we are confronted with nothing but the sun-god (Lucifer), that ancient Baal worship in every religion from the Druids to Hinduism. "The Point within a Circle" is another thinly disguised "lift" from paganism. Borrowed from Baal mythology, it is a true representation of the lascivious Moabite idol Baal-peor. Again the truth of the symbols is found in the pagan ceremonies of the Druids and Hindus. The point within a circle is in reality an ancient phallic symbol, and alludes to sun worship according to Masonic authority Mackey. "The Masonic point with a circle is undoubtedly of phallic origin."

Masons changed names in the Egyptian mysteries from Osiris to Hiram Abiff but retained a similar legend for the initiations. They burned their manuscripts in 1720, interspersed the names of Hiram and Solomon to secure acceptance by Jew and gentile and appropriated the Bible and Apostle John to give it a "Christian" veneer. "Freemasonry both in whole and in part, is literally and truly the secret worship of Baal, or the sun god." An ex-witch quotes from a Masonic book to be read by 33rd, 32nd, 31st and 30th degree Masons "whose lives prove they are not Christians" "That which we must say to the crowd is we worship a god, but it is a god that one adores without superstition. To you Sovereign Grand Inspectors General we say this that you may repeat it to the bretheren of the 32nd, 31st and 30th degree. The Masonic religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degree, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine.

"If Lucifer were not god, would Adonay - Jesus, the god of the Christians whose deeds prove his cruelty and hatred of men, barbarism and repulsion for science - would Adonay and his priests caluminate him? Yet Lucifer is god! Thus the doctrine of Satanism is a heresy and true and pure philosophical religion is the belief in Lucifer, the equal of Adonay, Jesus Christ. But Lucifer, god of light and god of good is struggling for humanity against Adonay, the god of darkness and evil." Also from "Locked Keys of Free Masonry" by Manly D. Hall, 1942 (a 33rd degree Mason), concerning the Council of 33,(second highest council within the Masons) "

When the Mason learns that the key to the Warrior on the Block is the proper application of the dynamo of living power, he has learned the mystery of his craft. The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy. He must follow in the footsteps of his forefather Kubla Cain, who with the mighty strength of the war god hammered his sword into a plow ship." (The Warrior on the Block rite is one of human sacrifice.)

Woman's Testimony

I was the second of three daughters in a Masonic family. Brought up in a Presbyterian church, my parents did attend church with us; however, their friends and social life revolved around the Masonic Temple and rarely included us. My sister and I were brought to the temple for a children's dedication service at the age of five or six. They prayed over us, consecrating us to the Masonic way of life. Unknown to my well-meaning parents, who thought they were doing us a favor, they placed us under terrible curses from the demonic roots of Masonry (ancient Egyptian and Babylonian demon worship is the basis for all the ceremonies) which made my life a misery.

I hated school from the first day of kindergarten and lived for the day when I would finish high school and be free to go where I pleased and do as I chose. I was terrified of all authority, including my parents. My life was filled with uncontrollable fears. I was afraid of strangers, the dark, animals (particularly dogs), immersion in water, closed rooms. Almost every night my folks were awakened by my horrified screams because of nightmares. To make matters even worse, I was very thin and, with the cruelty that children often exhibit, I was saddled with the nickname "Sinnybones." I was taunted, teased and most heartbreaking (to a child), left out!

In rebellion I withdrew into a lovely fantasy world. In it everything was beautiful and everyone loved me. Because my parents were very strict I did not believe they loved me. I dreamed of a Prince Charming who would sweep me off my feet and devote his entire life to making me happy. At the age of ten, I became interested in church and my heart was hungry to know God. I expressed desire to join the church but the pastor discouraged it, saying I was too young. I was sent to catechism and membership classes by my mother when I was thirteen but by now I wanted noting to do with the church. My rejection by those around me caused me to react in rebellion and my Junior High school was two years of trouble. Secretly I wanted to be lie the other kids, but since I wasn't I decided to join the beatnik crowd and become a nonconformist extraordinaire. "Who wants to be like everyone else? How dull!" I told myself. I did anything I could think of to shock people, consequently by the time I reached high school I was a wreck. Still searching for my Prince, I became promiscuous and this led to more rejection and further rebellion. It was a never ending cycle of unhappiness and heartbreak, so dull, so pointless.

I explored communism, socialism and Naziism, seeking some answer for the deliemma in which I found myself. I prayed to God but decided that He either had not heard or was not interested. I turned to the worship of Buddha, burning incense to him and seeking oblivion. I had no way of knowing then that my dedication at the Masonic Temple had opened me up to eastern religious spirits. I became involved in astrology and witchcraft. My nickname was the Witch, and many did not even know my real name. I pursued yoga, the martial arts, soul travel and many other occult things. Finally, only cheap wine seemed to give a temporary relief from my sorrows.

At the age of seventeen I married a twenty-three year old ex-Marine and thought that at last I had found Prince Charming himself. It was not long however until I discovered that he had as many problems as I, and he had thought to solve his problems by marriage to me. Both of us were disillusioned of course, for we each still had our own problems but now we also were carrying those of our partner. Soon we had a little daughter and moved in next door to some born-again Christians who led me to Christ. I had wanted a Prince, but now I got the King! I became very active in the local Baptist church. It was very legalistic but I managed to grow and flourish in the knowledge of the Word of God. I still had my fears and problems however, and they did not vanish with conversion. It was when we were expecting our third child five years later my husband was saved and we became very active in the church. Unfortunately the church tended to be dominated by formalism and had become spiritually dead. Talking about the Word of God is not the same as putting it into practice in the life. We were faithful to attend Sunday School, were friends with the right people, and did all right things.

When Satan decided to step in and finish us off, we were powerless to stop him. Our marriage fell apart and we left the church, despairing of ever putting things together again. For the next two years we seemed determined to destroy each other; each blaming the other for our problems, living in our own private hell. We filed for divorce, but when the time came to separate, neither of us could stand that either. Deep down we really loved each other, but we were about as messed up as two human beings could be. I began to attend a small Baptist church near us and carried our son and two daughters there also. It was here that I began to come back to the Lord and learned how to pray again. In spite of all this however, I still was unable to overcome my basic sins and many problems.

My husband and I both blamed God for what Satan was doing; yet God understood and loved us anyway, and never left us. He led me to Hegewisch Baptist Church, where I received counselling, prayer and deliverance from evil spirits. I learned how to read, study and believe God's Word and received healing for my mind and body through the Lord Jesus. I was enabled to receive His love for me and found this was what I had been seeking all my life. By being taught scriptural principals of submission to the Lord and to my husband, God has made beauty from the ashes of our marriage (Isaiah 61:3). By obeying, believing and joyfully receiving the Word of God, Jesus has made two new people with a new life full of hope and peace. Instead of blaming God for our troubles, we now know how to take authority over the powers of darkness (Luke 10:19) which tried to destroy us and the Lord Jesus gets all the glory. "Thy words were found and I did eat them. And Thy words were unto me the joy and rejoicing of my heart, for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of Hosts." (Jeremiah 15:16).
